When you register an appointment request or leave public feedback on our web application, our cloud MySQL database collects the following details:

• Identity Data: Full patient name, age, and biological gender mapping.
• Contact Indices: Mobile phone numbers and electronic mail addresses.
• Clinical References: Specific assigned Doctor IDs, requested date matrices, preferred visiting times, and optional patient medical messages/notes.
• Feedback Records: Visit purposes, rating scores (stars), and personal testimonial text strings.

2. How We Utilize Your Data

Your records are processed strictly to fulfill clinic workflow streams:

• To process scheduling allocations onto our active clinic doctors' visiting rotas.
• To transmit confirmation status updates to your mobile devices.
• To compile aggregate star rating scores for our public testimonials panel.

3. Web-to-Local Bridge Synchronization Security

To protect internal hospital workflows, records logged on our web server are down-synced to our internal hospital local server via encrypted background channels using secure connection signatures (tokens). Raw administrative records sitting on public cloud servers are periodically cleared once local ingestion is completed.

4. Strict Non-Disclosure & Patient Rights

SUNAJAR Eye Clinic maintains absolute data isolation. We do not license, sell, or expose your addresses, diagnostic messages, or telephone numbers to any third-party marketing companies or external aggregators. Patients retain the right to query the reception cells to alter, review, or flush their pending dashboard entries at any time.

5. Server & Infrastructure Safeguards

Our server configurations employ robust validation frameworks, parameter isolation patterns, and database encryption to eliminate SQL injection attacks and mitigate cross-site scripting vulnerabilities.
